Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide FREE shipping to over 185 countries around the world from our warehouses located in the US, EU & China. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
How long does the shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
United States, Canada – 7-25 days
Europe, United Kingdom, Russia – 10-25 days
Australia, New Zealand – 15-25 days
Central America, South America – 20-35 days
Asia – 15-30 days
Africa – 20-35 days
**Order processing time up to 5 business days. Guaranteed max delivery time – 45 days. If You do not receive the product within the guaranteed time, You can request a refund.
Do you provide tracking information?
You will receive an email notification once your order ships out from our warehouse. We also include tracking information, but only for orders worth at least US $50.00. If your order total is at least US $50.00, but you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons (i.e products in different warehouses), items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How to complete an order:
