Yes. We provide FREE shipping to over 185 countries around the world from our warehouses located in the US, EU & China. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

• United States, Canada - 7-20 days
• Europe, United Kingdom - 10-20 days
• Australia, New Zealand - 15-25 days
• Central America, South America - 15-35 days
• Asia - 15-30 days
• Africa - 20-35 days

**Order processing time up to 5 business days. Guaranteed max delivery time – 45 days. If You do not receive the product within the guaranteed time, You can request a refund.

You will receive an email notification once your order ships out from our warehouse. We also include tracking information, but only for orders worth at least US $50.00. If your order total is at least US $50.00, but you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

For logistical reasons (i.e products in different warehouses), items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages.

How to complete an order:

When making a payment via Credit / Debit Card, please enter your information. When making a payment via PayPal, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can complete the payment.
